Los Altos Design provides you with personalized, turnkey Internet services without any need to concern yourself with details of the hi-tech alphabet soup—HTTP, HTML, CSS, DNS, POP3, etc.—that can distract a law firm from its business. We offer personalized service with guaranteed satisfaction.

Our services include:

Internet Presence Establishment

We will obtain and register a domain name for your firm or, if appropriate, modify and existing domain name to point to a new web hosting provider.

We will obtain a web hosting account for you and, if you choose, we will establish ourselves as the technical contact for the account.

We will design and implement a web site for your firm either from one of our premier template designs, or a custom-designed site. We will install and test your web site at the newly selected web hosting provider. Of course, if you already have an existing web hosting provider, we will install the web site at that location.

If offered by the web hosting provider, we can configure domain name parking (multiple domain names pointing to the same web site) and subdomain name creation (additional domain name qualifiers such as "name2.yourfirm.com") pointing to different locations in your web site.

If your web hosting provider offers it, we can set up one or more FTP spaces that you and/or your clients can use to transfer large files.

E-Mail Services

A web hosting account that we broker will also include enhanced electronic mail services for a large number of mailboxes. This type of account also includes extensive state-of-the-art spam filtering mechanisms that can significantly improve e-mail productivity for you and your staff.

We will configure each individual account with a unique password and work with you and your staff to configure their e-mail clients to access their mailboxes.

Site Maintenance

Los Altos Design offers a variety of maintenance packages that can suit your firm's needs. Our basic packages include site monitoring, statistics reporting, telephone support and a limited amount of site modification.
